Currently seeking the services of Freelance Building
Surveyors to carry out insurance claim validations. The
successful surveyors will have the ability to work to
tight timescales, with excellent organisational and
communication skills. A proven track record is a
pre-requisite with either an RICS or CIOB qualification.
You will be required to carry professional indemnity.
Previous experience of insurance validations within the
residential field will be an advantage. These roles will
be home based so access to email and fax are essential as
is the requirement for your own vehicle and a digital
camera. Payment will be based upon set terms per
inspection carried out at a competitive rate.
Freelance Cognos Developer
A Cognos Developer is needed. Must have worked on:
PowerPlay, Decision Stream, Financial Analytics, Good
Experience in Oracle or Sybase, At least 5 years exp in
IT. Duration: 9 mths contract. This is a telecommute
position.
Sun Solaris Unix Administrator - freelance
Must be available to do remote (VPN) administration 5-10
hours per week. Must be available to go on-site and work
with the hardware (as-needed basis). Must have
Sun/Solaris, SunFire experience. Must have experience
with large-scale SAN. Must be able to apply Sun patches
and monitor the system and make necessary
