100% scam.
There is no job.
There is only a scammer trying to steal your hard-earned money and maybe your freedom.
The next email will be from another of the scammer's fake names and free email addresses pretending to be the "assistant" and will demand you accept packages purchased with stolen credit cards, hi-jacked paypal accounts and spoofed bank transfers, at YOUR home address. Then you are suppose to use a stolen UPS/FedEx billing account number to send the electronics, clothing and jewelry overseas. When the websites, credit card/paypal/bank account owners and UPS/FedEx discover the fraud, you get the real life job of paying back all of them. Then the local law enforcement comes knocking asking why are you fencing stolen merchandise for someone you never met, don't know their real life name and have no idea even what country they really live in.
Another email will be from the scammer and will demand you cash a large fake check sent on a stolen UPS/FedEx billing account number and send most of the money via Western Union or moneygram back to the scammer posing as the "supply company" while you "keep" a portion of the cash. When your bank realizes the check is fake and it bounces, you get the real life job of paying back the bank for the bounced check fees and all the bank's money you sent to an overseas criminal.
Now that you have responded to a scammer, you are on his 'potential sucker' list, he will try again to separate you from your cash. He will send you more emails from his other free email addresses using another of his fake names with all kinds of stories of being the perfect buyer, great jobs, lottery winnings, millions in the bank and desperate, lonely, sexy singles. He will sell your email address to all his scamming buddies who will also send you dozens of fake emails all with the exact same goal, you sending them your cash via Western Union or moneygram.
You could post up the email address that the scammer is using, it will help make your post more googlable for other suspicious potential victims to find when looking for information.
Do you know how to check the header of a received email? If not, you could google for information. Being able to read the header to determine the geographic location an email originated from will help you weed out the most obvious scams and scammers. Then delete and block that scammer. Don't bother to tell him that you know he is a scammer, it isn't worth your effort. He has one job in life, convincing victims to send him their hard-earned cash.
Whenever suspicious or just plain curious, google everything, website addresses, names used, companies mentioned, phone numbers given, all email addresses, even sentences from the emails as you might be unpleasantly surprised at what you find already posted online. You can also post/ask here and every scam-warner-anti-fraud-busting site you can find before taking a chance and losing money to a scammer.
6 "Rules to follow" to avoid most fake jobs:
1) Job asks you to use your personal bank account and/or open a new one.
2) Job asks you to print/mail/cash a check or money order.
3) Job asks you to use Western Union or moneygram in any capacity.
4) Job asks you to accept packages and re-ship them on to anyone.
5) Job asks you to pay visas, travel fees via Western Union or moneygram.
6) Job asks you to sign up for a credit reporting or identity verification site.
Avoiding all jobs that mention any of the above listed 'red flags' and you will miss nearly all fake jobs. Only scammers ask you to do any of the above. No. Exceptions. Ever. For any reason.
If you google "fake re-shipping job", "fraud money mule scam", or something similar you will find hundreds of posts from victims and near victims of this type of scam.

Sandy asks…
Federal government ideal employee of the handicapped?
According to a N.Y. Times report the federal government is losing more disabled Americans that regular Americans at a rate of 18.7% decrease in the disabled American catagory and only a 6.9%% decrease for all other employees. The Federal government claims every October to be National Handicapped awareness month. It's the big photo opportunity for politicians to have their pictures taken with the president and a lucky two or three disabled Americans that were hired to positions that took four and eight year degrees to get that job. It's a good ol' boys club to get a federal job. The President's Ticket To Work Program was supposed to give disabled Americans another avenue of employment to the already dozen or so ways to get hired. The persons that work for Ticket to work all got jobs to help disabled Americans find work. The work was given to the workers at Ticket to work and disabled Americans assume the position. Remember, I am of a minority that any American can join in seconds.
admin answers:
Since if you're working for the federal govn't, - you really can't get fired.
So I guess these types of people are loosing their jobs, - since they can't perform, - or can't even get to work on time, - with a host of excuses from can't get public transportation, or they have medical type appts. Once a week.
Or are getting out of the bottom paying jobs in the Federal sector, - and moving to the private sector.
Either way, - you're alleged percentage drop sounds like a good thing.

Will offering a $5000 finders fee for introducing me to my next manager generate help in building my network?
I am looking to generate interest and increase my personal brand recognition as I work to find my next employment opportunity. Corporations have used contingency fees for job placements to generate interest from recruiters and in some cases employees. Will the inverse of this work as well?

Lisa asks…
hang in there or move on ??????
i met a guy on line we met in person, We had this irresistable connection and attraction.First he moved to fast, then I fell into what he wanted. He just moved here from out of state and is unsettled for employment.he told me he needed space to think, let me know I was on his mind and he misses me. A week went by, he was coming to see me then backed out.So I asked him, " when you said you needed space to think" Was it about me or that your interest in me has changed. As many people are telling me - space means he doesnt want you. He replied with " neither", I need to do whats right in my life without pressure........I wasnt pressuring him - just responding to him wanting me. He said he will talk to me later this week maybe about getting together, have to see how it goes. Yet, at the same time I see he is on line , a adating site and changed his profile picture.... I gave him the opportunity to tell me up front, that hey its ok if you have changed your mind about me - what does all this mean.....In between this, He has told his daughter about me or who I am when on the phone ( she is 4), has asked me about my kids, and how things are also has showed me his banking , stuff people dont usually do if they're not interesed. I know he is worried not having a job and watching his money go without any coming in.. Just want the truth.. Do I hang in there or move on ????????

William asks…
How can sweden catch up with the rest of the west in terms equality in the work place?
Working motherhood getting you down? Fed up with living in a country where you're made to feel like a bit of a slacker for getting pregnant?
Well, don't move to Sweden. The Nordic country may have been boasting for decades about its fantastic parental pay and rights packages and its nurseries on every street corner, but according to a leading academic in the field, we have all been duped. Dr Catherine Hakim, a sociologist at the London School of Economics who specialises in women's employment and women's issues, says in a book out this week that what we have been told about the Swedish experience amounts to "true lies".
What we have heard over the past few decades about life there is technically true - there is a well-developed system of family-friendly initiatives that allows women more maternity leave, better pay and more flexible working opportunities. But when you look more broadly at the whole picture, at where women fit into the wider employment map across Sweden, there are a few nasty surprises.
What we all expect - but what is never actually said - about Sweden and countries such as Norway and Denmark is that because they have such a forward-thinking attitude to the needs of working parents, women have a much better deal, are able to work more effectively and to progress better. Wrong, wrong and wrong again, says Hakim. "Swedish women don't have it made - they still end up paying a price in terms of their career or employment. What you find, if you look closely at the figures, is that there is a pay threshold in Nordic countries below which are 80% of all women, and above which are 80% of all men.
"What is more, the glass ceiling problem is larger in family-friendly Sweden than it is in the hire-and-fire-at-will US, and it has also grown as family-friendly policies have expanded. In Sweden 1.5% of senior management are women, compared with 11% in the US."
And that's not all. Take another barometer of equality - the gap between men's and women's pay - and Sweden puts on another poor show. It is difficult, says Hakim, to get accurate figures, but she reckons that Swedish women are paid around 20% less than Swedish men - a similar pay difference to the one that exists in the UK. Interestingly, other EU countries with a lower pay gap don't show a correlation with better family-friendly packages: Italy has a 15% pay gap, Spain a 12% gap and Belgium and Portugal an 8% gap. None of these countries is held up as providers of great family-friendly packages - indeed, some of them, including Portugal, have systems in place that are not only a great deal less generous than that of Sweden, but also a lot less accessible....

Lepracauns narrow world view "people are either republicans or liberals, anyone who challanges left wing propaganda is automatically right wing and watches fox news".
Seriously, you should seperate yourself from the enterainment news/political media, theres a big world outside of these narrow definitions, thought codes and labels.
Im not American either, Im Irish.
and one more thing, I wont be listening to commercial pop music for teenagers for you.
You are a very emotional young man but I appreciate your passionate answers.
I think Bluebeards Wife has a responce for you down there somewhere.
admin answers:
Not you again.. You never stop do you?! Damn republican.. Do you know what we call people like you? Americans. Do you know what that signifies here? I would explain in detail but I when I was done i realized it was against the rules.. I'll begin with the nicest though, complete incompetence. Stop watching fox news ffs. Lily Allen released a song about you recently, the title suits what I want to say too. Well you and people like you (people like you are people who are: American, republican and watches fox news): Bluebeard's Wife and Know It All. Perfect examples of the ignorance of the American public, I mean seriously don't you understand why people hate you? Do you really think that what you're saying is reality? Do you hear what the F you are saying?! Just.. Stay on your side of the Atlantic, woman are treated better here and Sweden is still the most equal country on earth yet not equal. It's not feminism, we don't want so called "complete" equality but woman who are the same as their male counterparts (in education, competence etc) in almost every way (the difference I'm pointing out is that they aren't men) should get the same treatment (meaning pay and etc). Also we make more money than of all of those other countries you pointed out so woman here still make more money than the woman in those countries. Again I have to go to school but I'll give you links where you can compare Sweden to the US and the world. Naturally you won't look at them because we're a lot more equal than you. You're a nationalistic republican, you don't want the truth you want the truth to change so you become what you want to be and to what you claim it to be.
Edit: Actually i assumed you were American because you compared Sweden to the US, because you look kind of like an American and because the only people in the US (actually the only people I have met that trash Sweden are Koreans, Chinese and Americans) who are trashing Sweden are far right republicans. Far right republicans are fanatic and nationalistic and patriotic, hence my detailed description of you. Irish? Really? Since you posted that at 11 AM GMT (5 Am PST) I can say there's no reason to think your lie.
If you are the kind of person I think you are then you like and mostly agree with "bluebeardswife" who btw is extremely confused. I'm going to correct that first. There has never been a socialistic or communistic country. Ever. The Soviet Union called itself communistic for the same reasons all countries starting with "the democratic republic of..." and North Korea calls themselves democratic, because it's actually a "good" (I don't mean "good" but it is good.. Maybe you understand what i mean in a few sentences maybe you won't either way my point is it must never be implemented) thing. In a truly communistic government their is no state, no government, no boundaries, no classes, no inequality, no different treatment and everyone would be the same (which in the end would become so boring you'd take suicide). If you can think long term you realize that the idea is actually horrible mentally speaking although that does mean you aren't treated any worse than anyone else. The conclusion i make when I actually write this instead of thinking it is that you need inequalities to stay happy.. This is such a contradiction to my values.. Their need to be people who are more privileged than you so can complain about something and at the same time know you have it better than many other people.. I'm shocking myself by saying that.. Maybe I'll change my mind in a few days again, anyway back to the equality thing.
I have tried to find those numbers but I can't find any source at all, no numbers at all. Assuming those are the true numbers then I must say I'm shocked.. My sister and three other woman i know must be part of those 1.5% then, and the other woman with high positions in my sisters' company.. Seriously where I live (I emphasize on "I", meaning the local town and surrounding area) it's more likely around 40%, 1.5% isn't possible here since we have too few senior management people here for that to be true when I can come up of the names of 4 people (and since i worked one week in her office I met the management). But liked I said that's only what it is like here. The reason I've doubted 1.5% is because it is unimaginable to me, the number is so low it's stunning. Since you're Irish though.. I mean seriously I don't understand why this is so important to you. Like i said the only people (that I have seen) who post things like these have officially been Americans and republicans. Mostly also the same people who says we have a totalitarian government, dirt roads, suicide and what not. Let's pretend i don't care about that though. If what you say is true then this is really really bad. Personally I would like to see some drastic measures from the government (which we won't because we have a completely useless right wing government that doesn't try to save jobs just so they can cut taxes (which is what they want and not what we need right now, I mean we need lower taxes but right now that will make things worse because all counties need more money or they will start firing people, lots of people, and Saab for example needs money, if that company closes a total of 140 000 will be affected, around 60 000 of those will lose their jobs because of it (people who work at companies that make things that Saab buy). And back to the point again.. I want to point out again that we are more equal than (I would say just "everyone" without almost just before it but we aren't always on the top spot, on some accounts we get scores so low that we end up in the top 3, (which I'm not used to, really bad compared to other things)) almost everyone in almost (I would say all fields but you have surprised me, you've actually found something where we suck which is a.. Almost religious experience) all areas.
So when it comes to housework and politics, when will the rest of the world come up to the Nordic (and I think Canada is included here, just in case someone would like to point that out) standards?
Edit 2: "people are either republicans or liberals, anyone who challanges left wing propaganda is automatically right wing and watches fox news".
Btw I am not saying that at all. I am saying that right wingers are full of propaganda. Both wings have propaganda but the right wing have a whole lot more of it. You are one of those who want to turn everything I say so I'm gonna say this as explicit as I possibly can so there won't be any misunderstandings. The question isn't whether all people who vote for the right wing are nationalists and the rest of it but whether all nationalists, racists, patriots (those people have a lot in common with parrots come to think of it), assholes and greedy people are voting for the right wing. Oh I forgot the links btw.. Gonna get those really soon.. From here on out I'm gonna save all links with information in a f-ing word document.. I hate this.. Do you have any idea what it takes to find those sons of *?
Edit 3: Come to think of it, no need, I have already given you those links in your exact same other "question" about this, use those, here's a link for everyone else. I mean seriously why Sweden? Yes congrats, you've found ONE thing about inequality which might not even be true. The pay inequality exists too but those 20% pat gaps are EXTREME cases so it doesn't count. The area for that pay gap is very specific. Well nice try, you have actually won some people over but I have no idea why you bother with this bullshit.
