Maria asks…
I work for a funeral home, my boss gave me a picture of a deceased person, this can't be legal?
Actually I am just a transfer staff member that works on behalf of funeral homes, I transfer the body to the relevant funeral home. My partner and I did a transfer for a major funeral home, the person who was deceased could not be put on his back on the mortuary tray for whatever reason so we put him on his side, put a head block under his neck ( to prevent blood going to his head and 'staining' his face) then put him into the cool storage then left.
The funeral home got in touch with my employer complaining that the deceased should have been placed on his back and was 'black and blue' apparently due to the way his was laying . They sent him an abusive email (fair enough, but we did what we could and thought what was right at the time) and the funeral home attached a picture, my boss printed this picture and made copies, and gave me one explaining what had happend.
I thought this was the most disgusting thing ever. Surely the funeral home breached some sort of confidentiality, and doubt they had permission from the family to take the picture, let alone forward it to my employer, then have him print it out and show other staff. I understand he is trying to make a point as he doesnt want it to happen again, but surely he could have just told us. I don't need a picture of this deceased person, and as I said think it's disgusting, there has to be some sort of law that has been broken.
I don't know what to do about it, but I am seriously thinking of getting the law involved, I would hate it if the picture was of one of my loved ones and someone just made copies for all to see, plus this picture could fall into the wrong hands, get published on the internet - anything. what do I do?
I am not blaming anyone. I am taking responsibility, there was no possible way this man could be placed on his back rigor mortis' had already set in and he was bed ridden, and had a bad curve in his back. You can place the deceased on their side, it is actually incouraged if their limbs are up. What about the photo?
argh. There was nothing we could do, we tried our best. Some things you just can't help. I understand the the funeral home took the picture as 'evidence' as you say, and I agree, it's a business. But we tried the best we could with this deceased, what I am talking about is my employer printing multiple pictures and handing them out to staff, why couldn't he contain it to the staff that were involved, not the whole damn company? And if the funeral home decide to take it further, I have no issue with that, but I am good at my job, and some things are unnavoidable

You ruined this corpse, and you need to take responsibility for it.
The funeral home is only trying to make sure you learn your lesson. Instead, you are trying to blame others.
This is bad. Please, learn to take responsibility for your mistakes.

Please help, I ate a tampon from the swing top bin in the female toilet. How can i approach her?
I am in love with a 5Ft Chinese woman at work. I have taken pictures on my phone of her feet while i talk to her, stolen things from her desk, taken 2 of her payslips with her address. She is very sexy with heels & short short skirts on. She smells wonderful. I went into the female toilet yesterday after her. She was in their for along time so I assumed she was on her period. I fished out a used tampon from the strange swing top bin in the ladies toilet. I took it home & ate a little, just to feel close to her.
Should I surprise her at her home with a card explaining my love for her, maybe a picture of her shrine that I have at home?
I love her and her little Chinese ways & I would prefer to be taken seriously.
"another creepy white guy with a fetish for asian girls" _ WTF!!
I am Black if you must know.

"How can i approach her?"
With the string hanging out of the corner of your mouth. It'll show her that you care about her and still find her sexy even when she's on her period. (A lot of women don't feel very attractive at that time of the month.)

need help getting started with my Real Estate/Home Photography service!?
I Really need some extra money, and I have a laptop, professional grade digital camera. So I would like to offer my services as a Real Estate/Home for sale, photographer. Here where i live in Southern California, Real Estate is a hot market, and many agents just don't have the time to run all over taking pictures.
My question is; How Can I offer my services? How is the best way to Reach agents and make them aware of my service? Should I actually call offices, and speak with agents, letting them know I can help them?, Should I contact them by email. Or should i just place ads in newspapers and/or online? I really need some help on this one. (I'm hoping to get some replies from actual Real Estate Agents, all replies are welcome & appreciated!)

Since you can't legally enter the property without the agent there this isn't going to be a big time saver.
The MLS takes pics of the outside for part of the listing fee to the agent. They pay 5 bucks a shot, but only hire people with a license.
This company, http://www.obeo.com/ makes really lovely video presentations of homes and only charges $75, and they take care of everything, add it to the listing themselves, etc.

I've got an LG EnV Touch, and I put a picture on there from school so I can work on it at home, but I can't take the picture off my phone. I move the picture to my desktop but it wont copy. Any suggestions? I do have the SD card but I don't have an SD card reader..

Can you do email on your phone? Because if you can, you can email the picture to your email account and then open that account on your computer and download the picture---a friend of mine does it that way all the time......

How do I access my father's computer at his home from my computer at my home?
Trying to walk my father through attaching files to emails or uploading pictures to the web over the phone is beginning to frustrate me to no end. I remember an IT guy at work helped a co-worker of mine access her computer at home from our computer at work. I'd like to do the same using my father's computer and mine, but I don't know how to network them other than for us to both download a peer to peer program (would take a ridiculously long time as my father's still in the ice ages of technology and using dial up). Know of any good sites/pages which clearly explain how to easily network them? Or could you tell me how to do it out of your own experience? Much thanks to all that help by answering.
