Why I Love GoDaddy
GoDaddy is a service that offers you everything related to web hosting and domain names. I use them for my current website, and I’m using them for a second website I’m going to launch (hopefully) in two months. They may not be the least expensive game in town, but I don’t care. Why?
GoDaddy’s customer service is the best I’ve ever been exposed to. Every time I call (and I have called a lot) their technical support and sales reps are outstandingly good. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They are willing to wait on the phone with you while you try to follow their instructions. If you tell them you don’t understand something, they find another way to explain it.
This, my friends, is how you build brand loyalty. You offer fabulous service before, during, and after each sale. This makes the customer feel as if he or she is getting good value for his or her dollars. Your prospect buys your product for emotional reasons. If your customer support makes them feel good, they will always come back to you. Take a lesson from GoDaddy, then sit back and listen to your customers rave about you.
