Description of project:

SolutionsIQ is looking for a technical writer to build end user documentation for Online Software as a Service user assistance platform. This candidate will work in a group designing and developing articles, help topics, technical documentation, and other end user documents. Assignment requires the ability to convert technical information to simple, concise language for use by information workers at all technical levels while following specific style conventions.

Skill requirements:

• Excellent writing, collaboration and communication skills.
• Able to distill technical content into user friendly, step by step instructions and documentation.
• Must have ability to research subjects and work well with Subject Matter Experts including testing and verifying content accuracy.
  Good grasp of MSTP and other MS basic style and branding guidelines
• Strong skills with all Office programs especially Outlook and OWA.
• Experience with and knowledge of SharePoint site development and management.
• Must be able to quickly absorb and adhere to writing and graphics guidelines.
• Can integrate multiple inputs and feedback from reviewers. Takes feedback well. Detail oriented.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and complete them on time and on target.
