Programmer needed for voice stress analysis upgrade project

Job Summary:

Proprietary VSA software program v4.0.1 is in need of upgrading. Project may require a partial re-write. Project includes making the system operate with Windows XP - Spanish Version and Vista.

Description of project:

Project includes taking our copyrighted DVSA v4.0.1, written in Visual Basics, upgrading and improving , adding several features, making compatible with XP- Spanish O/S and Vista. It currently only operates with Microsoft 95 through XP-Professional (US versions). Consulting with owner regarding ongoing upgrades which include discussions and research for developing a "scoring algorithm" which will automatically score the DVSA charts.
