Consult on US company to open production office in India

Need consultant to provide information on off-shoring to India including permits needed, how to obtain real estate and employees.

Description of project:

My company is looking at setting up a subsidiary in India. The work center will initially be responsible for scanning, naming and filing data into my company's system. If we are able to set up a quality office to perform these tasks, the work is likely to increase.

I need a step by step guide on how to set up the subsidiary, the costs associated with each step and an estimated timeframe for completion of each step.

The report should also cover aspects suchs as security, phone, computer access, and any requirements for hiring staff.

We are looking at Bangalore as a possible site, but expect the report to provide information on the best location in India.
