Job Summary:
This realty has a need for a Virtual Office Assistant. This is a full time work at home position.
Description of project:
Assistant will:
- upload information to the internet
- update database as needed
- create and update labels as needed
- design, update, print and mail advertisements
- compose and edit sales letters
- send mass emails to customers
- other internet related duties
Skill requirements:
- excellent computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft office and Windows XP or VISTA
- comfortable with uploading and downloading of pictures and information via the internet
- comfortable with Instant Messenging and video webcams, etc.
- organized
