Peoplesoft HR/HCM Associate Partner
Job Summary:
Min. 10 yrs consulting and/or management experience, at least 6 yrs PeopleSoft HR experience including Implementations at the PM or Integration Manager level. Consulting focus in recent 5 years.
Description of project:
The PeopleSoft HR Associate Partner (AP) has responsible for up-front solutioning of PeopleSoft HR projects and for overall successful delivery of large-scale PeopleSoft engagements. The AP responds to PeopleSoft HR proposals, & solutions the response including estimating the roles, skills, and implementation work effort as well as articulating the solution in written proposal. The AP presents to client senior executives and facilitates workshops. The AP provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client executive relationships. This is a hands-on consulting combination sales and delivery role in a complex & integrated environment which is multi-functional, multi-national, &/or multi-site.
Skill requirements:
Candidate must have:
- PeopleSoft HR Associate Partner with Min. 10 yrs consulting and/or management experience
- 6 yrs PeopleSoft HR experience including Implementations at the PM or Integration Manager level. Consulting focus in recent 5 years
- Proven ability to solution PeopleSoft in a multi-instance PeopleSoft environment
- Knowledge of global PeopleSoft HR hierarchy design
- Ability to present in front of clients, including C-level executives, and facilitate workshops
- Demonstrated success in HCM consultative sales with client senior executives/leaders from identification, qualification, solutioning and ability to close multi-million dollar, complex sales.
