Convert JPG to Vector

Job Summary:

Graphic designer needed to convert Celtic design to Illustrator vector art.

Description of project:

I am uploading the graphic I'd like converted. Only the celtic graphic is part of the project. I'm only including the entire logo if you, as the artist, would like to give creative input. Color is unimportant at this time and will not be a required part of the project. Simple black and white is fine.
