Graphic Enhancement

Job Summary:

I have an Internet seal that doesn't scale well. Would like to improve the quality of the graphic, and add a title to the image as it is displayed by other websites.

Description of project:

The logo is good, but I do not have a great web image that scales well. It is a logo with a shadow behind it that needs to be a little better and then I need a title added to the bottom of the seal eValidated (tm) Certification Authority Entrust Managed Services I would also like the background to be transparent, not white Please refer to my website for additional views or info on the program www.evalid8.com

Skill requirements:

I would also like to know what graphic package would be best for me to buy to view or work with this file in the future, as MS Paint isn't doing me any good. I am also interested in a website refresh project.
