Skill requirements:

• Technical knowledge is needed (min 2 years experience)
• Must be able to troubleshoot & diagnose any car issues
• Must be able to correctly fill out shops inspection forms
• Must be able to properly document diagnosis & parts needed for repair
• Must be able to multi-task
• Able to handle confidential information.
