Software Configuration Manager, CVS or Subversion Location: Dallas Key role in global SCM strategy, management and implementation 4 + years in the configuration management field

Description of project:

Responsibilities: Key role in global SCM strategy, management and implementation * Define and coordinate configuration management and deployment processes. * Work with the software development team to develop SCM infrastructure using a unified process. * Take a leadership role in the creation and implementation of development standards in the areas of source and version control * Assess configuration requirements with system designers, developers, and administrators to efficiently and effectively meet their needs * Develop and maintain automated build and deployment scripts. * Controls/oversees branching and merging of the code base. * Assess tool sets needed for current and future CM needs. Salary: 65k - 95k + Stock Options Relocation: No assistance
