Single user desktop application to manage contracts and related documents

Description of project:

I need to develop a desktop (windows client) application to manage contracts and related documents. The system is database-driven (MS SQL Express edition). It integrates with MS Word to edit contract documents. User will be able to add/edit/delete contract records and additional data like tasks, milestones/events, and add new user defined fields. System shall remind user about important events of the contract as well. User will be able to add reminders for any milestone/event or task. Users will be able to extract parts of a contact document in MS Word and mark them as "Terms" which can also be added from the main application. Users will be able to do selected tasks from within MS Word Action Pane (like viewing contract terms, milestones, tasks, etc..) System will provide 5 important reports. System shall have an intuitive user interface (MS Outlook style) with dashboards. Time is a critical factor. You will need to sign a NDA before work starts.

Skill requirements:

I have a detailed feature backlog plus user stories analyzed. You need to be experienced C# developer for Windows Forms. You may need to use 3rd party controls as well. You need to be experienced in MS Office programming like using Visual Studio for Office kit. Visual Studion.NET 2005/2008, ADO.NET, VSTO, 3rd party control library, C#, SQL database development (MS SQL Express Edition)
