Online Personals Software Project

Job Summary:

Nunki Software, a small software company, is looking to outsource an online personals software project. They're looking for somebody or team who can create "Friendster" type online personals software to their specification. Would like the software to be able to create loosely tied networks of personals. Ideal software would be efficient in management of database and other resources, and very easy to use to the end-user. The ideal candidate should be experienced in database management, PHP and Perl and have a proven track record of successfully completed software on other websites. This project will be pay per project, not hourly. You may work at home, but they would like occasional in person meetings.
