Description of project:
Responsibilities: Sales calls to all size companies in the US. Territory provided. Prepare quotes, contracts and legal agreements with contracts dept. Deliver quotes and agreement to clients. Provide a clear explanation of benefits and performance of work to the client. Explain payment terms to the client. keeping the client and internal teams informed on the progress of all work Work with Traffic to generate and monitor project estimates and schedules, and obtain client and internal approvals. Develop Account correspondence and manage account files including, status reports, contact reports and account estimates/invoice logs Research background details of clients. Participate in and contribute to new business initiatives as needed Monitor schedule of deliverables on all projects Monitor hours and other costs relative to client budgets and alert management team to any potential risks. Report to Account Supervisor on client requests, changes, and impacts.
Skill requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising At least 2-3 years of related experience; agency experience highly preferred, but quick learner or a quick thinker is more important. Knowledge and understanding of branding; experience with incentives and promotions desired Strong writing and communication skills are essential Solid relationship-building skills Attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously High energy, creative, disciplined, confident, and a leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially excel and word. CRM software knowledge preferred. *straight commission*
