Develop winning email marketing campaign

Job Summary:

Develop a successful email campaign to help us turn a higher percentage of leads into sales.

Description of project:

We are a small software developer to a specialized niche (hospitality and restaurant). We currently send follow up emails every other two weeks, using ACT/Outlook. Users currently complete a web form, and we enter (using screen scraping software) the info into ACT. This process is time consuming, is not automated, does not provide any analytics, and needs more pop. We want to utilitize an autoresponse system that provides the following: - timed autoresponse for a series of emails (currently 6, every 2 weeks) - improved content and look of the emails - establish criteria for 'success'; redo as necessary We're looking for someone with experience successfully implementing autoresponse systems.
