Design a website for 'Lighthouse Interiors'

Job Summary:

Basic website with galleries for furniture and interior design store.

Description of project:

Website will need a location map, contact us details, gallery, portfolio pages - use existing logo - manufacturer supplied images.

E-commerce not necessary - links to suppliers - no "action flash" - simple, clean for out-of-town customers to get idea of offering. Static site owned already. Infrequent updates (1 to 2 times a year). Would like web-traffic maximizing but can wait for future if necessary.
