Design and develop business portal

Job Summary:

Site that will act as business portal to ex-USSR countries. Sell Russian art and review online scams. Forum for online entrepreneurs.

Description of project:

Template currently used is "Elemental" from Rockettheme. The site is an online business site that will not only promote selected home-based opportunities, but evaluate and reveal online scams and dubious business practices. Much work had been done on the squeeze page pre-cursor of the site, but functionality still needs to be achieved for Aweber, IDevaffiliate, and JoomReviews (of course these components will be used in the main site too). Squeeze page and clones (using domain reseller system) of the main website will be on Netfirms hosted site, and the main site on Siteground.

The one crucial aim is to provide member subscribers a set of good looking templates to choose from, and then give them their own sites on the Netfirms site as sub-domains.

There will also be a forum for members, and via JoomReviews a place to submit their businesses into my register.

Skill requirements:

Joomla competency, loyalty and vision.

FEES:

1. Finalization of the squeeze page and main site US $400
2. You will update each new member's site once off at the extra rate of $3 per such site update payable by me to you
3. For maintaining the main site and clone system, you will share every month in the ratio of 20% to you, and 80% to me of all Adsense income from the main website, as well as Adsense on the clone sites.

NB! After 90 days of successful business relations between you and I, you will get an additional 2% per month of the net income received from member subscriptions for as long as you maintain the site and technical side of the business!
