Developer/Programmer required for Application & Registration site

Job Summary:

We need a developer/programmer to convert our existing 7 page “DIY” HOMESTEAD site into a “regular” website.

Description of project:

This project requires two separate sites. The first site (SITE A) is an “application” site that gathers information from prospective members and cross references this information with another database and, using an installed “sequential auto responder” schedules a series of emails.

The email includes a link to the second site (SITE B), the “registration” site, provides “approved” prospective members with an opportunity to complete their registration by paying their membership fee online.

You will be required to:

• Convert our existing 7 page “DIY” HOMESTEAD site into a “regular” website
• Install a Sequential Auto Responder solution directly on our site that allows us to automatically manage the incoming data, send / reply to emails
• Insert several embedded algorithms or rules within the “application” form which determines which page each visitor will be directed to within the site
• Be available in the future to upgrade the site and implement changes with software, security, merchant processors - Ongoing support and maintenance
• Implement the transfer of semi-secure PDF documents - via email - once a payment / order is processed.

• PAGE 1 contains general information – a “continue” button at the bottom of the page directs the visitor to a simple two page “application” that gathers data using a series of drop down box / multiple choice questions. Four or five embedded algorithms or rules (in the form of question answers) determine which page each visitor will be directed once the application has been “submitted”. Applicants who are not accepted will be directed to a one page “thank you” letter “while selected applicants will be directed to SITE B “Registration” Site.

• PAGE 1 of this simple 5 page site (2 continuous pages / FAQ page / PRIVACY POLICY / MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS) contains a personalized salutation along with the visitor’s mailing address (captured from the “application” completed in SITE A) in addition to product / membership information.
• PAGE 2 contains several membership fee payment options(CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL / ONLINE CHECK).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. A “SEQUENTIAL AUTORESPONDER” SOLUTION (to be purchased by us separately) will need to be installed. Each email address obtained in SITE A - the online “application” - is cross referenced with “Paid” member database and remaining addresses are sent their first of a series of customized e-mails after 48 hours.
2. An automated “order-fulfillment / e-mail solution” will need to be installed (purchased by us separately). This simply means that once a visitor completes their membership fee payment (CREDIT CARD / ONLINE CHECK / PAY PAL) – they are automatically sent an email containing an attached, secure PDF document – allowing them a 1 time, semi-secure download of an unprintable 35 page PDF file.
3. Both sites should have an administrative tool that allows us to easily change text and images.
