LAW FIRM WEBSITE- simple clean web 2.0, less than 12 pages, easy and quick project

We need a simple clean website for Law Firm. The firm name is "The Armstrong Firm" We're looking for a web 2.0 look, white, clean, easy to read and has simple navigation.

Description of project:

We need a simple clean website for Law Firm that is based in Brownsville, TX. We will need button to allow the user to switch to "Spanish" as the law firm is in a very heavy populated spanish community. We will provide content. The firm name is "The Armstrong Firm". We're looking for a web 2.0 look, white, clean, easy to read and has simple navigation. Use of CSS, div tags and simple layout is required. We primarily need you to create the "homepage" look and an "interior" page. There will not be any databases for this website, however, we need a simple contact form that has PHP authentication. I can provide a sample form. We are very sensitive to a "clean look" and design. The challenge is that it must reflect a "law firm" look, but yet still have a clean, web 2.0 interface. We will provide a logo. Here is a sample of a site just completed, which we consider web 2.0: www.texasgumshoe.com Please do not think that we want the law firm to look like that website, we do not.
