On Going Web Design Contract

Job Summary:

An ongoing web designer is needed by a firm. Ability to develop a site from PSD files.

Description of project:

We need Freelance Web designers who are easy to communicate with - English as your first language. No overseas cheap web designers please. This is an on going job.

Skill requirements:

Able to produce a website from Quark or photoshop PSD files. We are designers, so you only have to cut and paste and make the whole thing work - easy... We want to build up a good working relationship with our out workers and pay a competitive rate per project.
