Slice a Template

A designer is needed to slice a web template.

Description of project:

I need someone to slice this image into a template and export it as html. Top is the nav. Middle left is for content and if I type over the limits the content extends down. and right side is for google ads. So im willing to pay someone $10 to do this. Heres the image (Theres a faint blue line 3/4's threw the middle, to the right of that is were the google ads will be.
