Social network online - developer needed

Job Summary:

We need a social network web page. We will supply all the graphics, we just need the back-end coded for this page to work.

Description of project:

SOCIAL NETWORKING WEB PAGE REQUIREMENTS

1. Ability to drag and drop a text box, image, background into the users page
2. Must be a single application that can edit the users web page through the use of a username and password to identify what page to open in the application
3. Application must have the ability to add features (blog, RSS, music player,video etc.) without effecting the users page.

Skill requirements:

Must know PHP, Flash, My SQL, and XML
