Tutoring company needs multiple basic websites

Job Summary:

Design simple 6-7 page basic marketing websites for "local" tutoring company that is City/Region specific (HTML/Flash).

Description of project:

We are starting up in 8 western states with 78 domains serving the major metro areas.

Sites with names like SanJoseTutoring.com or Boisetutoring.com, Boisealgebratutor.com (no websites are live).

The websites should be HTML, but with some Flash.

Audience is parents of school age children - likely on the wealthier side, looking for secure, stable, professional styling. I believe a little flash is best for the 'eye-catchiness' factor.

We are looking for 3-4 designs, that we can alter the color scheme or otherwise tweak, and multiply into populating 75% of the domains we have.

We would be willing to trade an index page small graphic "site designed by" back to whoever designed it as a way to help defray costs.
