Description of project:

I am a Realtor who has created a sales proposal that is 26 pages long using 14pt font and including photos. I would like an experienced copywriter to take the Word document and revise it so that it reads and appears more professional, enticing, concise, and brief.

I would like it back quickly, preferably within a week of receipt of document.
