Web Designer/ HTML 5 Coder Needed ASAP

NY-New York, Apex Systems is currently looking for a strong HTML 5 Coder for a contract to hire opportunity with a large telecommunications company in mid town manhattan. Candidates MUST be able to work on a W2 basis and without sponsorship. This position is 70/30 HTML coder/web designer. Position will be heavy on coding and lighter on design.
